The Black and Decker WMD200 B's selling point is its double-sided design. It can cook two waffles at once, making it an appealing purchase for large families. If you live on your own, however, or don't need to cook large batches of waffles often, the Chefman may be a better buy.

In terms of performance, the Black and Decker WMD200B is slightly behind the Chefman due to its tendency to undercook the waffle's bottom side. Other than that, the Black and Decker and the Chefman come in at roughly the same level.

Build quality between the two waffle makers is comparable, too. Both are equally well-built with an attractive aesthetic. However, the WMD200B is slightly less flexible because it doesn't come with a control panel.

All in all, the deciding factor here is whether you need a double-sided waffle maker or not. If the answer is yes, the Black and Decker WMD200B will suit you perfectly. If not, the Chefman will do the trick.
