Nexgrill is an up-and-coming barbecue grill manufacturer trying to take on the big-name brands. The 720-0830H is one of their mid-sized models, sporting four main burners and one side burner. Read on for our examination of the grill.

Requires regular cleaning to stay shiny
The Nexgrill 720-0830H is a propane-fed barbecue that follows the modern trend of concealing its internals. When all the doors are closed it presents a clean finish similar to that of high-end stainless steel ovens. But to understand it, of course, we need to dive into those internal features.
The four main propane burners under the hood feature “flame tamers” to prevent flare-ups. Nexgrill likes to claim they also transform dripping grease into smokey flavoring that will infuse into the meat. This latter point is probably more salesmanship than anything else, but the flare-up guard is important either way. Since each burner has its own control knob you can also limit your propane use if you don’t need all four at once.
The grill’s grate is simple and effective and is easy to remove for cleaning. The smaller upper rack is great for toasting buns or keeping food warm.
One of the other major selling points is the fifth, side-mounted burner on the right-hand shelf. This one more resembles a round stove burner than that of a grill. The side burner may lack firepower, but it may be useful if you need to keep a stew warm nearby. Nexgrill offers other models in which the side burner is designed for searing, which seems more in character.
When it comes to stats, the overall output is 60,000 BTUs worth of heat. The main cooking surface is 462.3 square inches while the secondary burner offers 164.5 square inches.
No longer are barbecues purely cast iron affairs. The smooth stainless steel exterior of the 720-0830H is easy to wipe clean and looks very modern. Maintaining that like-new luster will require regular work, though, especially if it’s stored outdoors.
Like most propane grills, this one must be properly attached to the propane bottle, and the tank’s valve opened before use. Each burner can then be opened with its associated knob. After turning a burner on, hit the igniter button and watch your grill spring to life. The controls are simple and straightforward— no extraneous gimmicks.
The main cooking hood also features a built-in temperature gauge. Just realize it displays only an overall temperature. Burners set at different levels will cook at different speeds.

Nexgrill offers a one-year overall warranty (and oddly, a separate one-year warranty on the grate) for this grill. The burners, meanwhile, are covered for a full five years.Check Latest Price On Amazon
