These days are the time for me to capture every drop of humidity in San Francisco’s misty paranoma. For like, every single crack of dawn.
Not that it’s without any stimulus to throw some toasts, it just gets me dizzy once in a while.

Actually, the weather does remind me of when we boozed up some berries in vodka last year. Later then, we crafted a random snack at noon and turn in into an off-the-record midnight blast in the backyard. By we, I mean you, and probably him, and her. You know, warm-weather bets, and endless plays.
Alright, I admittedly need some summery sips to be lazed away at the moment. Well, something to bring back that tingling sensation under scorching sun light. When your skin gets sticky with sweats for the winds to blow you dry in just a minute later.
Then there’s this Tomato Basil Caipirinha I bumped into on Easy and Delish. It’s like a typical ‘the it drink’ for any fiesta season, but hands-down a much more easy-peasy mug to be done than those beverages pop up on most menus at beach shores. You don’t even need a blender or juicer though.
So, it took me like 10 minutes to make a spin-off of this caipirinha yesterday. I’d just roughly call it tomato-spearmint cocktail.
Alright. It might be a bit of a mouthful to say, but this tomato-spearmint cocktail could not taste more like summer.
In fact, the whole cocktail slash caipirinha thing is an expression of art. This ultimate summer’s signature brunch is as reminiscent of South-Africa as it is of every hot, steamy beach-or-whatever’s party in the world.
The secret is to cap off the artistic balance in ingredients mixing
Tropical juices counterbalance the strong taste of rum. Yet, they still merge so well together. The whole mixture finally comes out as a bittersweet, tang-ified fusion to festive standard.
It’s a kick of sweetness and chic, with a wee bit of arousal from the rum. You are left with no regret.
In all honesty, this recipe is to every bit of your existence. Whether you choose to take a sip by the roadside of a tropical parade or on rooftop settee.
