Healthy Strawberry Smoothie Recipe
This is a classic recipe that calls for only four ingredients and takes you just 10 minutes to make! It's a refreshing and rejuvenating summer drink that bursts with flavor.
Servings: 2 servings
- 10 oz fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Ice cubes
Wash and roughly chop the strawberries. Set some aside for garnishing later.
Place strawberries, milk, sugar, and ice cubes in the blender and cover the blender with a lid.
Blend everything until smooth (puréed).
Pour the smoothie into serving glasses and garnish with strawberry slices. Serve immediately.
