Ingredients

  • 12 oz frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 tbsp honey

Instructions

  • Add blueberries, oats, and chia seeds into a blender. Blend to form a paste.
