Ingredients

  • 16 fl oz tomato juice from 22 oz tomatoes
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2.5 tbsp sugar
  • 2 cups ice cubes

Instructions

  • Wash and run the tomatoes through a juicer. Collect the juice in a bowl and strain it into a pitcher. Discard the residue.
  • Add lemon juice and sugar and stir until sugar dissolves. Serve over ice.
