Healthy Mango Smoothie Recipe
This healthy mango smoothie recipe is a quick, 5-minute beverage that’s excellent for busy mornings! You can double the ingredients and freeze them for blending later. Feel free to add more ice for a thicker consistency and a more refreshing blend.
Servings: 4 servings
- 10 oz mangos skin and pit removed
- 1.6 oz spinach raw, rinsed and drained
- 6 oz gala apples core removed
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cups ice cubes
- Optional: mint leaves garnish
Dice mangoes and apples. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve into 4 glasses and enjoy.
Optional: you can garnish the drink with mint leaves or extra pieces of mangoes and apples.
