Healthy Greek Salad Recipe
If you don’t know what to make as a side, try a healthy Greek salad recipe. It’s refreshing and full of greens, perfect to pair with healthy, high-fat main dishes.
Servings: 4 servings
- 5.7 oz romaine lettuce
- 2.1 oz yellow bell pepper sliced
- 5.3 oz cherry tomato halved
- 3.5 oz radish sliced
- 2.6 oz black olives sliced
- 2.4 oz red onion sliced
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1.5 oz feta cheese crumbled
Chop your ingredients into small, bite-sized pieces. Cut feta into small cubes.
In a large bowl, toss the veg, olives and tomatoes with red wine vinegar and olive oil.
Plate the salads and put feta cheese on top.
Sprinkle with pepper and serve.
