Healthy Greek Salad Recipe

Ingredients (10)

  • 5.3 oz romaine lettuce
  • 2.1 oz yellow bell pepper sliced
  • 5.3 oz cherry tomatoes halved
  • 3.5 oz radish sliced
  • 2.6 oz black olives sliced
  • 2.5 oz red onion sliced
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1.5 oz feta cheese crumbled

INSTRUCTIONS

Chop your ingredients into small, bite-sized pieces. Cut 1.5 oz feta into small cubes.

In a large bowl, toss the veg 5.3 oz romaine lettuce, 2.1 oz yellow bell pepper, 5.3 oz cherry tomato, 3.5 oz radish, 2.6 black olive, 2.5 oz red onion with 2 tbsp red wine vinegar and 3 tbsp olive oil.

Plate the salads and put feta cheese on top.

Sprinkle with pepper and serve.
