Roasted Butternut Squash Recipe
It’s time to make this simple roasted butternut squash recipe!
- 23.6 oz butternut squash cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Spread the cubed squash evenly on a baking tray. Drizzle over olive oil, and season with cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
Roast in the oven for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
