Ingredients

  • 23.6 oz butternut squash cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Spread the cubed squash evenly on a baking tray. Drizzle over olive oil, and season with cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  • Roast in the oven for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Serve immediately.
