Avocado Detox Smoothie Recipe

- 5.4 oz apple 1 medium
- 1 1/2 cup apple juice
- 2.5 oz ripe avocado 1/2 medium, cubed
- 2 cup spinach stemmed and roughly chopped
How to make
Leave the apple unpeeled. Using a corer or a knife, remove the core. Cut apple into chunks.
Put all ingredients in the blender.
Blend for about one minute or until smooth. Add more water to adjust the consistency if needed.
