Spyderco Kitchen Knife Review: The Prominent Features

Ideal Length and Shape
The Spyderco utility blade is 6 inches long that gently curves up to a tip. It is exceptionally thin, so it will ease through even the toughest materials with little effort. The curved shape ensures that the belly provides the weight for slicing, while the tip allows for more detailed kitchen work.

Cutting Edge Drop Point Blade
